What is Kenyoku?
Kenyoku Ho is a Japanese Shinto practice for ritual purification of the body, heart and spirit, using energy rather than water. It is generally used before and after the practice of any energy work to strengthen your energy and help you disconnect from clients, thoughts, emotions, and situations. On each out breath the hands sweep across the body, as if you are washing yourself clean.
